Looks like your sugar levels are crashing - partic if u are on a diet. Suggest eating something like whole wheat bread, plus apple or something similar and keep topping up. . One needs to remember body is engine which needs fuel. Cars don't run on empty and nor can you. Also ensure you drink water, tea whatever. Tiredness results from dehydration usually. Starvation is not a diet. Eat sensibly.Relax into it and sleep should return
See your GP you may possible be a bit anaemic, get a blood test.
