morning all, i hope you are all well and that you have a good day whatever
you are able to do. The forecast is for more bad weather, but never mind.
I have a card to post to my friends in Australia of the Royal Family, she is very
much a Royalist. No plans other than that, will see how the day pans out.

Good morning everybody.
Morning paddy.

While still compos, emmie, you rescind it. It's to cover end of life situations, hence why doctors and judges should be involved.

Time for ablutions here, so I'll say 'have a great day'....all!

its now clouding over from a bright start, perhaps i will leave going out to post my card till later in the week, lets hope that this picks up, as May is going so fast already
Question Author
everyone's fled the nest by the looks of it, or stayed in bed this morning, not that hadn't crossed my mind..
Good morning. Em if you went to bed later you'd get up later. You know it makes sense.
BTW I saw your mention of Joseph Calleja, the Mexican tenor. What a voice he has, can't stop listening to him.
Question Author
Joseph Calleja is from Malta LB, and it doesn't matter what time i go to bed, id still be awake early, i think its the meds....
Emmie, if you can get to sleep, but wake up a lot, try leaving on a quiet radio? It might help you stop completely waking. Total silence in the night can be more unnerving.
Question Author
i need the loo a lot, but its the dreams i have that often wake me up, weird indepth ones, i go to sleep very quickly, no problem there, if i went to bed at 12pm then id likely be awake 2 hours later, im not complaining, its better than no sleep like before.
Ooops, I know he's from Malta, no idea where I got Mexico from.
Em I envy you going straight to sleep. It takes me hours most of the time. I too have to get up 3-4 times a night for the loo. My bedtime is usually between 12 and 12.30am but often get up again at 2am, 3am or 4am for an hour or so as I can't get to sleep. I do occasionally take a Melatonin but mainly I've learnt to live with it. One thing I do appreciate is the total silence which living in a heavily populated area is surprising and wonderful.
Question Author
i go back to sleep very quickly now, which i didn't before, but its annoying to wake so many times, either for the loo or bad dreams.

As to Joseph Calleja, he is old school and knocks spots of many in the opera world, i love his voice, he's been around quite a long while now...
and still going strong.
