I'm going to Bristol for the Organic Food Festival at the start of September, staying for a few nights to make a nice weekend away out of it, can anyone recommend the best sights to see and things to do?

Hi msemma
Have a look at the SS Great Britain. The way it has been refurbished and the setting it is in is well worth a look. Especially when you see the phots of her when she was towed into Bristol.
Anyway have a good time Rgds Al
And I trust you are using http://www.farmstayuk.co.uk and supporting the local economy and producers for your accommodation.......

Bristol has a stack of things to do - as above, go to the docks see the boat, go to the Fresh & Wild organic store - and ask why are they selling bottled water from Fiji..........

Visit the Georgian House or the Red Lodge House, wander around Clifton and stare at the bridge, shoppings not bad either..

Have a peachy time...
