I'll put TTT out of his misery - I think (I could be wrong) that his countdown was for a smoker to post the smokers are net contributors to the NHS.

£12bn in tax from tobacco, and an estimated cost of between £2bn & £6bn (that's some estimate range!) in treating smoking related diseases.
