Poach an egg. I thought it was difficult but Delia put me right. It's easy
How to change a bed with a person in it. Necessity due to lack of carers. Not easy
The art of biting my tonge (necessity with a full house)

Skills I have failed:
Wallpapering (but my wife is excellent at it)

If you have been locked down, have you developed any new skills?

I am now a Grand Master black belt at it...

No skills but I have learnt that I'm far more picky than I thought. Oh....and I don't like living with other people, especially people who eat my food!

i used to be skilled at thinking up excuses not to take doris shopping, that skill is now redundant ...

The art of ‘getting along ‘ 24/7 no nit picks, no arguing over trivial stuff, basically everything is working very well

Getting on with my OH is easy. Getting on with people you've never lived with before is not so easy.

I can now do a jigsaw puzzle in record time. Found I could dig out the roots of a hedge on my own, no need to call on son. Still need help with technology though - have had new laptop for about a month and it's still not set up!

Has your new laptop not got an inbuilt aid Maggie? My laptop has Cortana and that helped get me up and running.

yeah a neighbour said he was desperate to go back and he was now on redecorating the bathroom for the third time
( other two times were wrong apparently)

I expected at least some of you to have learnt a new language; knit on three needles and turn a heel; turned your home in to an open plan space; do your child's maths homework; whittling; marquetry; bake the perfect souffle

I'm a bit disappointed
