Awkward Question

My neighbours on one side are lovely, really lovely people. But.... they play Country n Western music at full blast all hours of the day! Non stop! It’s literally deafening. They are in their 60’s. They also have a son who is about 40 who has Downs Syndrome, who likes to sing at full blast to his favourite songs all hours of the day and night. It’s so difficult, but you literally cannot sit in the garden peacefully. Am I being petty??

That's the way to go smow. I'm sure, if they are reasonable people, they will apologise and turn down the volume.
I had that with a neighbour many years ago, it got to the stage where I told him if he didn't turn it down, I'd turn it off, using his head! That did the trick!
