For those of you who regularly have this, are you loyal to a particular brand? Why is that?
I'm trying a different one this year as I couldn't get the only brand I've ever tried in the size I wanted.

It's not in my local Tesco BB, I've looked. There's just a dodgy looking one in a purple plastic pouch. Maybe it'll be in one of the superstores, but I'm not inclined to drive over to find out.
Most supermarkets sell haggis at this time of year but I always buy mine from a butcher. Traditionally made with a proper skin and not plastic wrapped.

The one in the pouch is the Simon Howie.

I didn't know there were different breeds of haggis. ;)
Maybe I shouldn't have given it a wide berth? Will see if they still have it next time I pop in.

We are hard pressed to find a proper butcher where I live in the South let alone Haggis in the skin. We have the plastic variety only unfortunately.
Have usually bought McSween but got the Simon Howie this time. Thoroughly enjoyed it wi' some neeps and tatties. A little less salty than McSween and the better for it.

Oh, I did like that! Very, very much. Nice and peppery, and I liked the addition of barley. I'm a convert.
Great. Glad you enjoyed the new brand.
the wild haggis are always tastier than the farmed.
It's the heather which helps the flavour.
I've got Simon Howie for dinner this year

I thought for a moment you'd written Simon Cowell. I was going to ask what you stuffed him with.
I've bought a Donald and Son Haggis from Lidl.
I intend to make a shepherds pie withit.
Surely people aren’t eating haggis this late?
McSween is a decent, reliable brand available in UK.
I usually get Crombie online from Edinburgh, though.
I had and have Simon Howie.
