Blue Passports

Does anyone know when blue passports are being printed?

I wonder if Britain will reduce the price of passports to the levels most EU citizens pay?

Who knows? I'm assuming it is the same for all the EU member states. I guess if it had an organisation I detested on it, I'd be annoyed too, although I'm not sure I'd be so annoyed as to rant and rage about it (not that you are, I'm just thinking of videos of angry gammons from the time of the referendum).

No I'm not ranting and raving, Mozz. I've been quietly simmering and festering for almost thirty years since I decided that membership of the EU (or the EEC as it then was) was not in the UK's best interests. In 1992, when that Nice Mr Major signed the Maastricht Treaty and the foundations of a federal union were finally laid, I vowed that, given the chance, I would vote to leave. Almost everything I feared then has come to pass and nothing had changed my mind in the 24 years before the referendum. To see "European Union" pasted across the top of my UK passport is just a symptom of the aggrandisement that the EU bestowed upon itself, aided and abetted by successive supplicant UK governments. It will come as a great joy to me to get my next passport with the title of that wretched organisation absent from its cover.

You speak for me ,NJ ,also with regard to this issue. Happy to put my GB sticker on the rear of my car and cover up those unwanted and forced EU no plates on my car also. The Union flag and cross of St George obliterate the monstrous logo foisted upon our cars.

In fairness NJ, I clearly stated that the ranting and raging wasn't aimed at you or anyone else on AB. Whether you missed that, ignored it or just chose to disregard it I dont know, but regardless, you really didn't have to go on the defensive about it.
