Black puddings are best from Bury market, but you can get me some Queenies please - delicious. We used to give them as presents (with other seafood in as well) at Christmas to our clients instead of wine.

Bury is great for black puddings, Greenwoods I think the stall is. You can eat the skin as well, great.

BIL lives somewhere in Manchester and swears by Bury Market Black Pudding. I believe you can have with or without fat. He kindly bought us some. Although I enjoyed it I found I preferred the simple sliced Farm Foods frozen packs for flavour. I do like white pudding as well but it's harder to find around London.A few Londis convenience stores used to stock it.
