I am trying to return a pair of trainers to Amazon - it is free postage returns.

Now I shouldn't do these things as I haven't a clue but I have been given like a return "code" - a square box with "dots" per se.

I am posting back via Royal Mail. I tried to print the "dots" but nothing happened. Any advice please.

Can you print that off JJ?
The PO needs to scan that square and that’s your free return done, if you have a mobile phone with the email you got with the square, just take that and they’ll scan it for you
Take a screenshot, jj, of the dots and take that to the place you are leaving the returns. Staff will help you, if needed x
