Could improve, stay the same or deteriorate depending on how efffective the previous leader had been, his/her relationship with the group and depending on who replaces the leader.
Think what the impact would be of Corbyn or May leaving, or Pep Guadiola or when Jose Mouhrino left
i like dairy farming work.
yes offcoursee
this course work
and you meant to think about who does what and how they interact

the beginning of the essay details that the leader does with an emphasis on efect and results ( rather than recruitment or team building)
the you examine the group without the leader
( oh there is a new leader and so it doesnt change is NOT the right answer) and how the group functions with kinda one leg lopped off
target setting and monitiring progress towards targets - occurs to me

and your conclusion is NOT - and in real life our leader is crap so no one would notice
