can anybody help me I have got a problem with my outlook express every time I come 2 open my o/express there is a hotmail icon at the bottom of the list and when I try 2 send a e.mail its blocked by hotmail thanks

What do you mean by 'blocked' is there a specific error message you receive (If you can't see one, double-click the Yellow Error in the bottom right of the Outlook Express status area)?

Do you normally use Hotmail or another email provider through outlook express, confirm this and your usual conditions like is it definatley your usual computer, windows account and outlook express identity? And don;t rule out another user changing account settings or a virus/malware.
