I didn’t get a bollocking. The your doing really well came as a bit of a shock.

My hbA1c was 21% LOWER than what my data that I upload said. So that was a plus. I’ve dropped 2% in 6 months. Might not seem like much but to be the better side of 70 is good! I know I’m heading the right way.

The dr took into consideration my upheaval and my routine being out of sync and I’ve a 2 week window until I go back to a normal ‘routine’ so I can then use my time to tweak and get back to my version of normal.

AAAAAANNNND....I got bloods done. The nurse I hoped for was on and she was taking care of me today so I thought fine let’s do it!

So onwards and upwards....
