...allowed to voice their approval of the settlement?
It would be a sort of 'best of three' rubber stamp on the proceedings and leave the remainers without a leg to stand on.

Nobody interested?
Getting bored with Brexit threads. They have been done to death.
They can voice what they wish. The government will get on with the job anyway.

And it's still looking like no deal. Unless the Tories allow May to give even more ground whilst she tries to keep us in.

That must be it.
///and leave the remainers without a leg to stand on.///

Typical Brextremist spite.
Yes, no and yes: depends what you mean by "show", Sandy.

Mouth off? Yes. Have another "referendum" (ho ho ho, hee hee hee - what a larf - and what happens if they get the wrong answer a second time?)? No.

Ah, then we get the important "yes" when the betrayed voters get their chance to comment at the next General Election. I fear for any Tory MP who represents a "Leave" seat. Even those who stand for a "Remain" seat will lose the whole of the Brexit Tory vote.

Couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of people, though, could it?
Both the Guardian and the Independent have articles on a second referendum. I think it’s a crazy idea. But less crazy than a hard Brexit.
A second referendum needn't (and shouldn't) have "Remain" as an option; the question would be the type of Brexit we should go for.
What is Britex? Is it a laxative?
Canary, sandyRoe's threads are full of nuance.

I, for one, never ceased to be surprised that Brexiters don't welcome the prospect of another public vote. Surely they must be confident that the public would once again vote their way?
