If you're seeing a picture like this

the first thing you'll need to do is to click on it, resulting in something like this:

At that stage, RIGHT-click on the image and select 'Save Image As'.
Navigate to where you want to save the picture to (e.g. your 'Pictures' folder) and save the image there.
You can then open it with whichever picture viewer you use (simply by double-clicking on it) and print it from there.
