that you now can buy National Health Lottery tickets for a maximum of only 3 weeks at a time?

I have tried 3 times this week to get the normal 4 weeks' worth and have driven the local Post Master half way round the bend ( he loves me really).

He found out about the new regulation imposed by the Gambling Commission, apparently.

That would be a bit of a nuisance if you were away on holiday and missed your extra week, I wonder why take away a week, you're still gonna buy ticket anyway
