Keyboard strokes

Having just got my PC back from the manufacturers and a re-install of Windows, the @ and " keys are now "in each others' place" - can somebody please explain how to get this back to normal.

You need to tell your computer that it's a UK keyboard layout...

Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Regional & Language Options

Choose the Languages tab and press Details. Make sure everything is set to the UK and anything else can be removed!
