Telling The Truth About Islam

Given the amount of Islamic terrorism, and the negative impact Islam is having on our society, isn't it time the absolute truth about it was championed by all sectors of our country?
Politicians are craven, the so called Christian churches are cowardly and the media run scared of any criticism at all.
So before there is another demand for commemorative flowers, candles, helium balloons and white pigeons, shouldn't we at least try to establish the truth, and also invite good law abiding moderate Muslims to join the quest?

I cannot understand how a religion with such a track record as Islam, still gets the support that it does from some on here?

danny, true, not all Muslims are terrorists, but they, as a whole, adhere to a philosophy that any civilised society should find objectionable. In refusing to condemn and reject that philosophy, those who defend Islam are abandoning their own moral compass.
