Given the amount of Islamic terrorism, and the negative impact Islam is having on our society, isn't it time the absolute truth about it was championed by all sectors of our country?
Politicians are craven, the so called Christian churches are cowardly and the media run scared of any criticism at all.
So before there is another demand for commemorative flowers, candles, helium balloons and white pigeons, shouldn't we at least try to establish the truth, and also invite good law abiding moderate Muslims to join the quest?

All the Abrahamic faiths have used terrorism when it suited them. Islam is no different.
There is a basic flaw in anyone who lives their life based on millennia old books. There are basic truths but they need to be applied to the modern world with consent afforded by democratically elected Governments. Basing an action on an interpretation of Islam is disingenuous. For all its many faults, the Koran was written to keep order and for a just society. That terrorists use it to justify their power grabs is unfortunate. The religion is no more evil than Christianity or Judaism.
