What have I pressed on my keyboard?

Top right of the keyboard: Num Lock/ Caps Lock/ the third light that locks my 'direction' arows when working inExcel (ie can't move from cell to cell). Which *%$@#* key have I accidentaly pressed? How can I 'unlock' this and revert to what it was before?! (Thanks)

Have you tried the Scroll Lock button 2nd in from right, top row

Yep, its SCROLL LOCK - I do that all the time. When scroll lock is on it stops you moving easily between cells using the cursor keys.
