Oh hec - what have i pressed?

when i go onto internet now, my screen has changed - i accidentaly knocked something I shouldn't on my keyboard, but don't know which key. I now don't have the bue line at the bottom of the screen with the icons on it at right hand side. Also, the icons at top of page have got bigger - can anyone tell a technophobe how to get back to what it once was? TIA
