Hi, How many of you believe in mediums and psychics? Do you believe ghosts exist? How does the Ouija Board work? How can a board with a few numbers and letters call a spirit? Is there life after death? Do we meet our family who have gone before us? thanks

No, Jim. As you know it's an attitude we've discussed many, many times. Very disappointing.
We've discussed it many times, indeed. You're wrong. You can go on discussing it, if you like, but it still won't change the fact that you're wrong about me.
I see no evidence to support that ... but there you are.
Well, you're welcome to think whatever you like, but I would suggest at least that you aren't the arbiter of who is scientifically-minded and who isn't.
Jim, I don’t claim to be, but if all the seemingly outlandish curiosity and supposedly impossible ‘what ifs?’ throughout history had been dismissed for lack of current verifiable evidence, a hell of a lot of questions would still remain unanswered.

Theland I am one of the ones you talk about at 04:57 in that I most definitely believe in an afterlife because of things that have happened since Dad died, but I don't believe in an 'all seeing all forgiving' God, nor do I believe that JC was his son. I believe JC existed and that he was a very charismatic man who people followed much like those that followed a modern day Billy Graham, and that is all. Of course I can't explain it, it is just my belief and one I am more than happy with. I will add though that my beloved Dad believed in 'the Lord' as he called him and I was more than happy with that too, who am I to criticise my Dad's beliefs because they differ from mine? Live and let live is the key here, I beleive.
Totally agree with your words hereIam @ 13:40.

yes Jim or No Jim - but I know who you Really Are:
and there must be days when you read for the 1000th time (that month) one muslim is bad so all muslims are bad, and you think: o god I am gonna shoot myself if I read that one more time.

but .... remember wasnt Margot Metroland(*) ( evelyn waugh's(*) character based on Lady Cunard(*) ) who said to Bertrand Russell (*)
O but mr russell, your ideas just arent logical !

(*) who all dey den?

Think of Isaac Newton(*) - there was him and Leibnitz(*) and virtually no one in between. - hey what about Stephen Hawking (*) den ? Everyone climbing onto his wheel-chair and proclaiming - " well he wasnt that good to be honest"
.I think Jesus was a drug lord who used ergot to drug then trick people.

"At the lineup we find the four main characters-- einkorn, emmer wheat, durum wheat, and bread wheat".
All are wheat - triticum (*) - rye doesnt really feature. Spoilt rye is necessary for ergot and poisoning. Good idea tho' - better than some of the ideas I have been reading

I'm no ghostologist but I've found science provides many explanations for ghostly experiences that are far more reasonable than any I've heard based on the presumption that they actually exist.
