Probably housing benefit and council tax benefit, but I wouldn't imagine he could claim anything else.
Google 'benefits advice line - (your local council), you will find a telephone number (sometimes freephone) you can ring for all aspects of benefits advice.

The advice is excellent and you do not have to give a name.

Good luck!
If 93 is his only income then he can apply for Pension Credit. He should receive 21.05. Receiving Pension Credit will also be a automatic qualification for Housing and Council Tax benefit.
