with a clean licence for 40 years i was recently caught doing 38 in a 30 just before a 40 sign. what punishment can i expect. ?

the spare tyre on my fiat stilo is a little smaller and narrower than the others. italso has a sticker saying only use in an emergency. is this the norm and would it be safe? thanks for any replies

i have been prescribed a 5 day course of these steroids for a chest infection in conjunction with antibiotics, i have to take 6 per day but doc said to take the 6 all in one dose. I have never heard...
