It seems to be worse this year than ever before. I have my first drink by my own rule at 6:00pm, which is now the old 5:00pm, so at five, I find I'm gagging. The dog can't understand why I'm now taking her out for her morning walk at the old 8:30 am instead of 7:30 am and also why her food is always late.
I ask, because it's 5:30 here and I'm really ready for a beer.

I've adjusted OK as I normally do - not noticed anything untoward.
Have a beer Khandro. Your body clock will soon adjust.
It hasn't made any difference to me.
It is high time the clocks were left alone & not messed with twice a year.
I'm not quite there yet, mainly because I haven't got round to changing my watch or the clock in my car.
Apart from Tilly's tummy rumbling at 5.30pm instead of 6.30pm, it hasn't really affected me.
Good point Prudie, I still have my wall clock to do.

If I'm not back in half an hour send help.
I have no problem with the one hour change, but I do not like the dark evenings that go with it. I'm not surprised that some people get depressed at this time of year. Time for another G + T, I think.

Eleena, Thanks for the thought, but it's all very well saying have beer, but I might end up drinking for an extra hour each evening and that might lead me to rack and ruin.
Ah well, only 12 minutes to go :0)
Ten minutes now...:-)
Done - enjoy your beer Khandro.
I am now getting up at 0800
the dogs fret and feel obliged to come and tell me that the dog walker is late ! ( and therefore eek they may not get a walk At All !)

Ha- ha , enjoy your drink Khandro & anyone else having one x
I have two toddlers and a pre-schooler and I dread the clocks changing. It took a weeks this time and we are back to 6.00am starts. The 5.00am ones this last week were a killer.
I find it easier now, but like Meglet says, it's hard when you have little ones. It takes ages to adjust.
Hadn't thought of how it affects others meglet. My daughter has no doubt had the same with my granddaughter.
