Well that would depend upon the cause............see your GP.
Yes. separate rooms!
Do you live in the Village of Great Snoring ,Norfolk, by any chance ? :-))
Not always far enough, Mazie....☺

Chessington.....the little wafers that you get to place in the roof of the mouth work for a few hours.
I have seen advertised a device for the wrist that allows three snores then administers a little shock but I have no idea if it works.
I may try it sometime depending on the severity of the shock.....I can be violent if wakened suddenly.....and should I find a partner a black eye would be a bad start.
Separate rooms, earplugs or murder ;)
Weight loss can help, and not drinking alcohol in the evening, and also the sufferer of the noise can use earplugs and take a sleeping pill. But if the snoring is causing sleep apnaea then the snorer needs oxygen at night.
Take a sleeping pill if partner snores? No thank you, to that idea.
See GP to find out the cause. I advise the elbow-in-the-ribs method.
Squash ball in a pocket sewn into the back of the pyjama top, to stop him lying on his back.
It's probably easier to sew a cotton-reel into the back of the pyjama jacket.
... but that would hurt.
