I notice the Heysel Stadium disaster never seems to get mentioned in scouse land.
Hoppy..........they will never accept the truth, no matter how many times the Inquests give it. You can take a horse to water, etc, etc.

These particular horses would rather die of thirst, than admit they are wrong, and they are wrong 100%.

But their opinions don't matter whatsoever because the legal process has shown that this is an ongoing affair. These deniers are best ignored as the ignoramuses that they are.
Mikey.
Q1 Have you ever been to a first division or premier league football match?
Q2 Did you attend any of the Division 1 matches in the 70s or 80s?
Q3 Did any of these matches feature thousands of Liverpool supporters?

Unless you can answer yes to all 3 questions consider yourself as the ignoramus.
Time to put this thread to bed, with the O/P,
Togo....read the transcripts of the Inquests.....everything you need to make your mind up is there, but ignore the truth if you wish.

Luckily for the victims of the disaster, its what the law says that counts, not deniers like you.

I stand by my comment about ignorance.
I take that to be no three times then.

//I stand by my comment about ignorance.//

We know what you stand by Mikey. We just need to work out where the stench of hypocrisy is coming from.
By that I mean is it "what you are standing by" or.....?
divebuddy....the cover up and the persistent lying is not just "another thing"....it is everything.

Duckenfield committed perjury, and continued to do so until his mea culpa halfway through the second Inquests.Numerous Police did the same.

Something you and the others deniers seem to have forgotten.....He has also admitted that he was responsible for the 96 deaths ! :

mikey: "TTT....I would not wish to stifle debate in any way." - that's what you and others are doing. Even the slightest deviation from the predefined soon to be statute, opinion of what happened is met by twee ramblings of those that have been programmed with "the correct" view. Why did you even post on the subject? were you hoping for a ritual parade of rubber stamped approved answers? So it's 100% the fault of plod is it? Not a single fan forced their way in without a ticket? right oh. We all accept plod made mistakes but does anyone think there was anything deliberate about that? Plod is guilty of nothing more than making errors trying to do a difficult job on the day.
TTT...believe what you wish to, but its the legal position that counts, not your opinion.

If any further prosecutions will entail from this affair will be decided by the legal authorities, not you or anybody else that decides to ignore all the evidence.

But carry on with your head in the sand if your want to. There are none so deaf as those that won't listen.
By the way....." Plod is guilty of nothing more than making errors trying to do a difficult job on the day".....if only it was that simple !

Duckenfield lied and so did all the other Police Officers and that is why they are being investigated as we speak.

The wheels of justice turn slowly, but grind exceedingly fine.
Question Author
where there any fans without tickets mikey?
Question Author
prosecute them for perverting the course of justice then, not manslaughter.
It seems a pointless question really. The answer to the question posed is clearly "no" since fans are not included in the list of 23 suspects. The police will be acting on the most recent enquiry report.

However I recognise the practise of creating flawed questions on here to reel people in and hope for a 'gotcha' moment.

Maybe the question you meant to ask was should the report have included those who came in without tickets as having contributed to the disaster that followed. Whilst it seems accepted that there were some who came in without tickets I do not know whether it was a handful or hundreds- maybe TTT knows for sure. If the enquiry team overlooked an important contributory factor then maybe a case should be made for rerunning the enquiry.
