I don't touch the stuff but once it was my plate last week - I "tipped" it and could not believe the sugar in it. No wonder the kids are hyped up.

Levi's what it's Ragae Ragae Sauce for me. I do like Ketchup though and it's not as though children glug it down with their fish 'n' chips. as for marmite well they're some odd folk on this planet. bless'em.

I hats folks who smother their food in some kind of sauce. They don't they try enjoying the flavours first.
Having said that, my eldest smothers everything in cranberry sauce. Whether it be a curry or pizza.
