I saw Tony Bennett two years ago at the Montreal Jazz Festival, and Lady Gaga came on as his special guest.

I am not a fan of either, but it was a stunning show.

The present Mrs Hughes who was with me whispered "Is that the real Lady GaGa?" Bless her!

On occasions, I have forgotten myself, usually when in company and I get a bit giddy and carried away, and actually referred to her thus.

I can confirm that returning to consciousness on the back lawn, without the aid of sleeping back for protection through the night, most often reminds me of the error of my ways ...
