I recently bought one, good product, but on the canister that came with it states it should provide 60 litres, in fact, it has produced less than a quarter of that and has expired.
Anyone use one? It might (I hope) be that the first packaged one is not so highly charged. How many litre should I expect please?

I used to have one years ago. Perhaps you pressed too hard on the button that releases the CO2.

The instructions are scant, but each time I filled, I held down the button until it made a sound like; 'De-De-De'. How else?

Thanks Chris. I'll try that tomorrow. Before anyone says it, I'm not using Soda stream to save money, it is to save on the carrying and storing of crates of carbonated water and for the production of Schweppes-type soda water (which is unobtainable here) for our Campari sodas.
