Has anyone been to Egypt at Christmas? If so what's the weather like?

I know someone who went in January and they said that the weather was very pleasant - warm but not too warm.

No Egypt no, but Tunisia, which is a similar climate. Was t Shirt and Sandals whether, goes chilly at night though so pack your cardie !!
