morning, Friday already and the working week is almost over for some. I hope you are all well and in good spirits. I am earlier than normal as I couldn't get back to sleep. So if you are about and can't sleep, keep me company. I have coffee on the go, and that will do for now,
do you have any thing planned for today? I am going to have a quiet day i suspect, as i was out much of yesterday.

it was so cold yesterday I actually thought it might snow. I have bought some winter wear, thick socks and long johns for when out, not a good look i must say, but got to keep my legs warm.

Do you own an awesome coffee machine or is it instant coffee Emmie?

Mrs Oz likes her coffee from an espresso machine.
I'm quite happy with whatever instant coffee is on special.
Guess I'm easily pleased.

i do have real coffee, but confess i only use Kenco rich instant coffee. Its easy and quick no faffing about with cafetiere,
how are you this morning?

Same stuff, different day, but that's life.

i have a cafetiere but seldom use it, it's stuck in the top cupboard. I don't have room in the kitchen for an espresso type machine, just two small worktops and no room for a microwave either.

not too bad, could do with more sleep, but we are here now, so best to get on with things. I have to do a blood test sometime soon, hopefully i can do it on the same day as my X Ray on 6th December at the local hospital.

Getting all doctors requests done and dusted in one day would be awesome.

Hope you pass all their tests.
That would mean you are capable of continuing life.

X Ray on legs might show more damage, after all something must be amiss, causing me all this pain. So i could be in for more treatment.

anyway enough about that, what's on the menu for tonight, something gourmet or plain and homely...

Sweet and sour pork with Asian veg and Basmati rice.
Simple quick meal.

Guess you haven't thought about tonight's meal yet ;-)

lasagna or spaghetti Bolognaise. either will have to do.

Hearty meals are great during the cooler months.

Summer is approaching down here, so light meals with salads are going to be on the menu soon.

whilst winter meals are the order of the day. I am still using ready meals, but they keep messing up my orders so i often get stuff i didn't order, one day they sent me three lasagne's so two had to go back, pain in the rear end that is.

Morning Emmie is it just an X-ray you are having or an MRI as well

Oh dear, that's not good.

just an X Ray as far as i am aware, though i wish just this once, i don't like MRI scanners, being claustrophobic that they did an MRI Scan as that will show up more i would have thought.

An MRI will show up arthritis, tissue and cartilage damage which an X- ray wont

as said i am down for just an X Ray, as far as i know.
