Can anyone please give a comparative cost /time of getting to S.France from London.Using either train,coach or by car (toll roads)??? Thanks!!

I have driven to Frejus before and I needed an overnight stop - it was too far to do in one day. A coach would take longer as they have lower speed limits. For the train, it would depend on where you were going and how any connections worked out.

Thanks bushbaby I had forgotten about this post.I suppose it's a case of how long is a piece of string???
We stopped at Bayeur and went to see the tapestry, it was quite fun and made it part of the holiday
we did it by road with an overnight stop in Dijon. I don't know what the tolls come to these days, but you can plan it here
