Were can I get hold of some low value Egyptian � notes (1/5/10s) for tipping when I get off the plane. I believe the lowest you can get in this country is 100 egyptian pounds

You need to go to one of the banks at the airport - I think at Cairo there were some before you showed your passport / visa, although I may be misremembering
