No douglas. That's St Davids Day
Looks like St George's Day has once again been forgotten by the editorial team, although they managed to remember St Patrick's Day.
Twas ever so Margo. Weatherspoons in our area won't let you pass the day without reminding you of St Patricks day.
As for St George forget it :-( Plenty of people, no doubt on here as well, will tell us that St George wasn't English in any case. Who or wherever he materialised from he is still our Patron Saint.

St Patrick wasn't Irish either retro.
Yes TTT, and St Andrew was Maltese. I have a photo of him on the beach at Mgarr. :-)
St Tony is British but nobody wants him for our patron saint.
