morning, Monday already, the start of the working week for some. I hope that you are all in good health and that your day is a pleasant one. Do you have anything planned for today?

I am meeting up with a friend for coffee this afternoon, and then have a quiet day, as there is nothing else in the calendar.

It's certainly got colder, today's forecast for the capital is a lowly 9c with rain.

i will wear a fleece jacket, that's nice and warm. and take the brolly

I'm proud of myself to day.
Did lots of dusting and polishing.
The house smells like beeswax, but looks good inside.

good for you... i did the same the other day, though it doesn't smell of beeswax. I put off doing some chores, but the dust had got so bad that i got on and cleaned the tops, tables etc.

There is no end to housework, unless you find one,,,

i don't care for it to be honest, but needs must.

I don't enjoy it either.
Rather mow a lawn and trim edges, but, occasionally indoors needs a refresh.

it does, but my place is besides a main road and the dust comes back very quickly

Well, I've got a couple of options.
But
Tonights will be Lasagne with garlic bread and some salad stuff.
Easy and cheap because it was all on special.
Love a bargain,,

Bargains need to be cooked, eaten or frozen quickly.

i stick them in the freezer first, then i can have them at my leisure. I like the chicken kyiv with garlic but prefer the ones with ham and cheese.
