That's gastropub!! I detest this sodding phone...
B.. Mother India once a fortnight for me NoM

(Hope all is well with you x)
C.
Got to be Toby Carvery for me - don't get them too often as there isn't any over here in NW Wales - nearest is Liverpool according to their website
I'll have A and C.

Not just a Toby. I like Toby's but I also like the dinners in some of the local'ish pubs that are not actually gastropubs...
D for me, although there are probably some who would like a nice juicy gastropod now and agian :-)
I generally choose B/C weekly with D chucked in once or twice a year if I can get round to arranging it.

I would not go near A.
D, without a doubt.

Although if Mother India or a similarly good Indian restaurant was close by I'd be tempted with that.

Cracking bit of predictive text there NoM!
A. I love a nice carvery.

Ha ha, one day this phone will get me into real trouble!

I'm pretty much with Ed on this one...
I think my objection to many gastro pubs is that so many of them write a good menu but then fail to deliver.

I'm not inclined to pay good money for something that I could have cooked better myself.

Which is why I enjoy restaurants such as Mother India where I can get lots of different dishes which is a style of eating I enjoy but not really viable for just two of us. Similarly a beautifully thin pizza baked in a wood stove is a thing of joy for me.

Carveries leave me cold.
C for me
Actually, I've gone for C as it's the closest to a nice restaurant than the other options.
I think you were right the first time NoM. Nothing wrong with a nice gastropod cooked in garlic butter and red wine :o)

Much the same as you .............. B,C, D for a real treat.
C. for me, love curries.
Sorry, that should have been B. !
B - the kids love curry and the one we go to is brilliant with them.
If you post a poll shoud really make it a poll ;-)

Perm any 4 of the above.

Otherwise, if one can not mix & match, probably D. It'd be a nice new experience.
