Another Holiday.

Janet and John are planning another holiday......well Janet is....John is making excuses and considering signing up as a Trappist Monk.......at least for the rest of this year.....

Janet has decided upon Portugal and that they are neither taking nor hiring a car......they are going to have a birding by bicycle holiday....she will put baskets on the front for binoculars and a picnic...wine inc......there are some really pretty bicycle baskets in Portugal.......

John....when he thinks nobody is listening mutters......It'll go wrong....I know it will..... :-(

Now honestly......what could go wrong?..... :-)

watch oot for taxi drivers in Portugal....they all think they are at the Monaco Grand Prix...and don't stop for obstacles ahead !!

Well, Janet was having visitors....and as she hates entertaining.... especially when it means getting up for breakfast....she offered them her house as a base and decided to go away....

Off next week....when are you going...and whereabouts.....Janet's chosen The Algarve.....she's birded there lots but never on a bike...x

I'm off next month to Algarve. I keep forgetting the name of the area.

My boss' mate is Portuguese and recommended a hotel. It got really good reviews so I booked it when I was half cut and completely forgot about it until I looked at my emails :-)
