How come I can't play videos in Firefox. It says I need to install flash player, which I've tried to do but nothing happens.

Videos are ok on IE.

The default tool for installing flash does not work in Firefox even though it gives you the option.

Go here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions /

Navigate through the options and then you can download an installer. Then, once installed, Firefox will be able to play Flash video and media as normal.
Make sure you try and install Flash from the above link with all browser windows closed. It won't like it if Firefox is still open.

If that doesn't work, try downloading and installing Firefox again, from mozilla.com/firefox.
