Reboot the router - that's tech talk for switch it off, wait ten seconds, then switch it on again.

who is your ISP
which router have you got (provided by isp/bought seperately)

did you use the setup disk - or how have you entered your login details manually

what IT is - lappy desktop/XP/vista.

that sort of thing
