A few months ago i switched from IE to Firefox...since then I havent known how to delete temporary internet files and cookies which i used to do often.....the last couple of days my internet has been running really slow...i mainly go on facebook playing games and hardly anything will load up....other places i go are loading eventually but taking an age ...the router is working okay so i guess i need to delete the files/cookies...can anyone tell me how to do this?

Also can anyone tell me how to do the disc cleanup/defrag....im using Vista ...thanks

Go to tools and then clear private data.

Can't help with Vista.

In Vista click

Control Panel > System and Maintenance

You will find Free up Disk Space and Defragmentation in the Administrative Tools section.
