Dell pc problem

When I turn my computer on I cannot access emails or internet as it is coming with a box saying, error report, send/dont send, it then freezes when given this option, and the error report box wont go away and is jammin it up...any ideas????

Try booting into Safe Mode (press F8 during the boot process) and then running System Restore, to take your PC's registry back to a date when it was functioning properly.
