There is an advertisment on at present for Curry's were they are advertising a gadget that can be fitted so videos etc can be played on the PC and relayed to the TV ,could anyone give me some idea of what it is ,name and cost please ,I have missed it each time it has played .Is this unit the best way .

But you don't really make it clear excatly what you want to do, and also what are your options you have for both inputs on your TV and video outputs on your computer/laptop.
ive seen this advert as well, i think its pc world though. it says you can wirelessly send downloaded movies to your tv and watch that way. although i dont know what it is. :-(
no good with wireless - unless you live in a field you'll never get a steady stream - wired they are impressive - but more than a bit of me says a simple hdd media box is 25% of the price ... and 125% more efficient.

it's a gadget - based on the music streamers (which are excellent) - but the extra bandwith needed can be a problem
