pc to tv

ive just purchased a packard bell ixtreme 8520 but have no idea how to get to work on my large lcd tv
i have connected my vga from pc to tv but i am lost after that .when purchasing it ,it came with no booklet reguarding its usage in other fields
can anyone out there give me a helping hand

Turn the computer on and flick through the AV channels on the TV until you find the one that corresponds with your AVG socket, the one that will show your desktop.
Large LCD TVs don't work too well with a computer, unless they have a very high (for a TV) resolution.
