You need to clean out the fans.

How do i clean out the fans....?
You need cotton buds or a soft brush and a can of compressed air, from your pc shop.
Look at the manual to see how to access the fan, then brush the worst of the dust off and hold the fan steady while you blow it with compressed air.
Use the air on the vents as well.
Make sure your laptop is switched off before you start.
it's a laptop - the only way to access the fan is with a screwdriver
and for gawdssake don't start poking round with cotton wool buds
this leaves us with the eternal dilemma - do you suck or do you blow?

the case of a lappy unless you are going to dismantle it - the last thing you want is to blast the dust deeper into the case - so suck

the case will act as a static shield - so it's safe enough to dig out the vac
find that crevice tool
get as good a contact as you can over the exhaust grille ... and suck 'till you can't suck no more

if you look underneath there might just be another grille - do it all again.

if that doesn't do it ... then it's time to look for a screwdriver
