Fanny or Minnie for the female bits, obviously.
Willy for the willy - nothing wrong with that. It's not offensive, really quite sweet & generations old.
My friend Lil & her boyfriend refer to their as George and Mildred.
Oh gawd - I've heard ladygarden before, can't remember where - I think it's awful !!!! for some strange reason it reminds me of that woman (Emily ?) from Little Britain who is a laydeee... (but isn't).
I do like your expression "in need of a good fettle" though!
i first heard it on Emmerdale, of all places, Val was referring to her 'Lady Garden'. I thought it was really funny, might have been her geordie accent that made it funny. I love geordies...

I love geordies too; one in particular (in the past). I could have listened to him all day - frequently did in fact., No wonder I didn't get any work done. For a change.
