Can I make my Home Page on MSN British instead of American please

yes, assuming you are using IE

click on the link below

http://uk.msn.com/

Then when the page has loaded select internet options on the tools menu and at the top of the general tab click on use current and it will change your home page to the uk MSN

you can change your home page to anything you want this way
