Sony Xperia Phone - 'Message' Permanently On Home Screen.

At the bottom of my home screen is a little block ith the word 'Initialising' in it and I acn find no way of removing it - it is there permanently!

Only appeared a few days ago after resetting the home page - is there a way of removing it and what is it!

The internet explains it better than me, this is safe to try and won't delete anything 

Turn off your Samsung Galaxy A54 5G.

 

2. Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Power button at the same time.

 

3. When the Samsung logo appears, release all buttons.

 

4. You will see an Android recovery menu. Use the Volume Down button to navigate to Wipe cache partition.

 

5. Press the Power button to select it.

 

6. After the cache partition is cleared, select Reboot system now with the Power button.

 

Clearing the cache partition will not delete your personal data. Please try this step and let me know if it resolves the “initialising” message.

Hello Barry and Buenchico

It has gone! This was a phone which my wife had and I set it up for her to use. After I asked you the question a load of updates installed automatically and then the 'initialising block disappeared!
