Do you know how to find out what make/model your graphics card is first ?

In case you dont know.
Right Click on Desktop-Click properties-click settings-click advanced-click Adapter- what does it say for Adaptor type ?

Click Properties from that menu and then Driver.

Write down the driver details.

Not sure from your Question whether you want to
a Update your Card by changing it
b Keep the card and just update your Driver

As always more info on your PC and operating System would help to get the right answer first time.
