Epson Printer Problem

I have an Epson all-in-one printer, RX560. Until now, I have been able to print out a web page but, this time, the default after clicking PRINT brings up a page showing GENERAL; OPTIONS; PRINT FRAMES; ALL FRAMES INDIVIDUALLY. How do I get the default changed to AS LAID OUT ON SCREEN? I put this query to EPSON but they have suggested I COPY and PASTE into WORD and print from there. This is cumbersome and uses too much paper. Can anyone out there help?
